Job Objective :
Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on the financial activities of the company. Coordinates with all the departments. Involves in developing the accounts system, policies, and procedures.
Job’s Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for the monthly financial report preparation.
Reconciliation of expense accounts& Balance sheet related accounts.
Maintains and allocates the main expenses of the company.
Daily checking and monitoring of trail balance of the company and per entity.
Coordinates with the Office Manager, IT Manager, PRO, and Head of Retail with regards to branch and head office expenses.
Monitors the Spot Cash Audit schedule and reports.
Ensures that all expenses are being accounted and reflected in the statements accurately.
Responsible for preparing the payment to suppliers.
Maintains the monitoring of cheque issuances.
Responding to vendor’s inquiries in terms of accounts.
Follow up, checks, verifies, and approves the department’s financial reports as per responsibility before reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations.
Coordinates with the bank with regards to accounts-related requests and inquiries.
Checks, verifies, and approves the Petty Cash expenses.
Responsible for the quarterly VAT return to the auditors and FTA.
Maintains important files such as Fixed Assets, Payments, Insurances, Rentals, and Expenses.
Coordinate with internal & external auditors for various audit related tasks.
Monthly closing of books of accounts.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in accounts.
Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance.
Technical Competences :
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent development, organizational, and leadership skills.
Keen attention to details and results driven.
Excellent time management skills.
High valued ethics, personal, and professional integrity.
Ability to work under pressure and limited time.
Strong knowledge and experience in bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications.
An excellent team player.
