Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, such as preparing and maintaining financial records, performing financial reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and processing payroll. The Accountant will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Experience with accounting software and spreadsheet programs
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable and process payroll
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional accounting certification, such as CPA or ACCA, is preferred
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
