Azaan Business Palace FZCO is one of the largest importers and distributors of foodstuff in East Africa. The company mainly deals in Rice, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Wheat Flour, Lentil, Spices, Tomato Paste, Dry Instant Yeast, Powder Juices, Dates and some other food & non-food products like Dry MF Batteries, Ceiling Fans, Tyres, Steel Bar, Sheets and others. The company is located in Dubai.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Azaan Business Palace FZCO located in Dubai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing and submitting vat returns, maintaining records and receipts, and ensuring accuracy of financial statements. The Accountant will also be responsible for analyzing and advising on financial statements to improve business performance.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with tally accounting software and Microsoft Office
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Professional accounting certification such as BCOM,MCOM or ACCA is a plus
Experience in the food industry is beneficial but not required

Job Timings:
Monday to Saturday
9am to 7pm

Salary:
4,000aed to 5,000aed and other benefits as per UAE Law
