We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our esteemed client's team in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a dynamic individual with expertise in Property Management, Investments, and Trust Funds.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all financial transactions.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow to maintain financial stability and compliance.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Prepare and review financial statements, budget forecasts, and cost analysis reports.
Maintain financial records and ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
Support the audit process and work closely with auditors to provide the necessary documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Preferably 3+ years of local accounting experience.
Professional certifications like CA/ACCA are preferred.
Proven experience in Property Management, Investments, and Trust Funds.
Audit experience is a PLUS.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Dynamics are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
