Riviera Group has an immediate opening for an Accountant and is seeking a Part Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICA / CMA / CPA with a minimum of 3-5 years of UAE experience in a similar role in a Real Estate Developer Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist management with the consolidation of Management monthly accounting reports including financial statements.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Revenue recognition and fixed assets.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary support.
Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings, VAT returns.
Preparing financial statements for statutory audits and tax books
Administering payrolls, WPS payments.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a UAE attested Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance / Part Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICA / CMA / CPA
Adept knowledge of advanced MS Excel and accounting software Zoho.
Experience in using Govt portals of DLD, Oqood, TAS, FTA etc.
3-5 years of work experience in similar roles with Real Estate Developers.
Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English language
Organized and able to work methodically and independently.
