Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate financial reporting related to inventory, shipping costs, and other logistics operations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and assist in audits.
- Proficient use of Excel for reporting and data management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, specifically in a logistics environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
- AED 3000-3500 per month, depending on experience.
