Accountant Required in Dubai Finance Responsibilities: Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses Perform financial forecasting and Project Analysis reports independently Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports Handle monthly and quarterly reports for Group of Companies Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll Handling VAT process from registration till filing of returns with Tax Authority Admin Responsibilities: Perform all Secretarial & Admin clerical works for the Managing Director and BOD Coordinate and organize office activities Oversee stock of office supplies Greet visitors at office Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail Process HR & Payroll activities Effectively coordinate meetings and other office events Answering inbound phone calls and greeting walk in clients Qualifications Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Proficiency working in Accounting & Tally software Strong communication skills Strong ability to multitask & follow up Friendly and upbeat demeanor Highly detail-oriented Degree in Accounting or a related field of study APPLY FROM LINK BELOW https://ae.linkedin.com/jobs/view/accountant-location-muscat-oman-at-msyaaf-group-3568382062?
