Accounting Assistant Required in Dubai Our client, a multinational company based in DAFZA, Dubai is looking for an Accounting Assistant. Salary range: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 plus benefits Reports to: Senior Finance & Admin Manager, Administration Department General Manager, Administration Department Job Description: Recording and posting of accounting entries in Accounting system (IFS Accounting system) Cash management including payment and receipts processing (ex. petty cash, cheque, online bank transfer & payment) Filing of VAT Return and related VAT reports and requirements Dealing with the suppliers, banks and auditors (internal and external audit) Payroll payment processing Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounting activities and financial reports Coordination and Financial reporting to Parent Company Maintaining accounting controls during review and processing of payments, recording of transactions, and recommending policies and procedures where appropriate Collects, analyzes and summarizes account information to facilitate decision making for management Other Accounting tasks as needed Others based on staff’s requirements Qualification and Skills: With relevant graduate or bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Accounting Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel & PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written) Strong organizational and coordination with the ability to function in multi-cultural environment Positive attitude, self-motivated and other preferred skills (ex. attention to details, deadline-driven, time management, flexible, adaptable, etc.) APPLY FROM LINK BELOW https://ae.linkedin.com/jobs/view/accounting-assistant-at-nadia-global-3652074186?
