Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management, stakeholders, and external auditors. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity. Real Estate Development Accounting: Coordinate and manage all accounting aspects of real estate development projects, including project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely recording of project costs, revenue recognition, and adherence to project budgets. Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions related to real estate development, including evaluating project feasibility, ROI analysis, and risk assessment. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements for real estate development. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and communicate their impact on financial reporting and operations to senior management.
