Assistant Accountant Required in Dubai

Assistant Accountant Required in Dubai Reliant Group is in search of an experienced and qualified Assistant Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy. Following-up bank accounts, provide a statement of daily balances, checks under collection, issued checks that have not been paid yet, and review cash on hand transaction daily. Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports. Provide month end reports. Prepare budget forecasts. Complete the reconciliation of the various company bank accounts in a timely manner throughout the month and at month end. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Prepare Financial Statements Managing ongoing business expenses such as Salary, Utility, Rent. etc Audit financial transactions and documents Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance of the VAT regulations. Provide technical support and advice to management. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. Comply with financial policies and regulations. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity Manage the database of WPS payroll, accounting books and payment verifications. Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
