Position: Assistant Accountant
Experience: 2-3 years

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
2. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
4. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
5. Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
6. Utilize SAP software for financial data entry, analysis, and reporting.
7. Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and procedures.
8. Provide support in various financial analysis projects as assigned.
9. Work closely with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
10. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant for 2-3 years.
3. Experience or familiarity with the logistics sector is a plus.
4. Proficiency in ZOHO software is required.
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
