Bookkeeper Required in Dubai

Bookkeeper Required in Dubai Overseeing Sales Invoices imported to Xero on a daily basis, addressing any import issues Any other ad hoc duties as required Daily matching of remittances from customers, including discounts from multiple banks Credit Control – Sending statements to customers in PDF & excel format Investigating queries on invoices in dispute, liaising with the Sales team and Department Managers to help to correct. Helping to keep the Sales Ledger in order. Help to bring reconciliations up to date for all platforms and credit cards etc. Compiling reports including monthly P/L, balance sheets and reconciliations Assist with some Expenses, Credit cards, Purchase Invoices, payments etc. as and when required including covering holiday Requirements At least 2 years experience in Bookkeeping AAT Qualification Level 3 Excellent organisational skills Customer service experience Competent in Microsoft Office programmes – especially Excel & Word Excellent written and verbal communication in English Must be familiar with Xero accounting software Ideally experience of working in a global company, processing international transactions, exchange rates etc. Previous experience of working in a production company would be an advantage Benefits Hybrid working from our office in Dubai and your home, Monday-Friday Ideally candidate would be able to travel abroad to other sites if needed Must be flexible in working hours due to demands of working across multiple time-zones APPLY FROM LINK BELOW https://ae.linkedin.com/jobs/view/bookkeeper-at-prm-global-3608291313?r
