We are searching for a Chartered Accountant for an Auditing company based in Chandigarh, for their office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Services:

Plan and execute internal and external audits for clients in various industries.
Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of financial statements in compliance with UAE regulations.
Identify risks and provide recommendations for improvement in internal controls.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Corporate Tax Compliance:

Manage and prepare corporate tax returns in accordance with UAE tax laws.
Provide advice on tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
Stay updated on changes in corporate tax regulations and ensure timely filing of all tax returns.
Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax audits and assessments.
VAT Management:

Handle VAT registration, compliance, and return filing for clients.
Advise on VAT treatment for specific transactions and ensure compliance with UAE VAT law.
Conduct VAT audits and ensure accurate reporting.
Resolve VAT disputes and provide guidance on VAT refunds.
Financial Reporting:

Prepare financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Assist clients in maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.
Client Relations:

Provide strategic financial advice to clients based on audit findings and tax reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to audit, tax, and VAT issues.
Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure that all accounting practices adhere to UAE laws and regulations.
Assist in managing regulatory compliance and financial risk assessments for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in audit, corporate tax, and VAT, preferably in the UAE.
Extensive knowledge of UAE corporate tax laws, VAT regulations, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Strong understanding of UAE's audit standards and practices.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Tally, or QuickBooks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
