General Accountant Required in Dubai This is a full-time on-site role for a General Accountant in construction company The General Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, processing invoices, managing accounts payable, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. The General Accountant will also assist in budget planning and financial analysis. Responsibilities Knowledge of UAE accounting standards and regulations Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Reviewing all financial transactions for accuracy and ensuring that accounting records are up to date Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other reports based on standard accounting practices Providing reports to management regarding the financial status of the company, including trends over time Preparing budgets and forecasting future cash flow needs based on forecasted sales figures Reviewing financial statements and recommending adjustments to improve accuracy of reporting Managing accounts payable and receivable, including collecting payments and identifying potential risks of non-payment Preparing reports on financial activities, such as sales figures, cash flow projections, and inventory levels Reviewing purchase orders before they are processed to ensure that they comply with company policies Reviewing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in order to make strategic business decisions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is a plus Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus Experience in the field 3-5 years Proven track record of success Familiarity with corporate finance English and Russian speaker APPLY FROM LINK BELOW https://ae.linkedin.com/jobs/view/general-accountant-at-object1-uae-3718933359?
