We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to manage daily financial entries, assist with reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of essential documentation, including budgets, billing reports, and cost reports. This role is ideal for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced accounting environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately post invoices and process bank payments in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of key financial data into the system.
Process utility payments efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
Organize and manage business files, maintaining proper filing systems for easy access.
Reconcile vendor and bank accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Liaise with suppliers to request Statements of Account (SOA) and maintain good communication.
Create and maintain sales orders.
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
Supervising company driver’s schedules.
Compile daily and monthly drivers reports.
Monitor, track and report driver movements.
Administration and maintenance responsibilities.
Invoicing and reconciliation for FMCG department.
Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
Preparation of regular reports on monthly visits to FMCG stations.
Planning, Coordinating, and arranging deliveries for FMCG orders.
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Compilation of various annual reports and updated applications for various state and government entities required for continuous operation authorization.
Requirements:
2 Years of experience in similar field
BBA Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Experience in financial data entry and reconciliations is a plus.
