Management Accountant Required in Dubai Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports to help management understand the financial implications of business decisions. Provide insights on potential risks and opportunities. Cost Analysis: Analyze costs, expenses, and profitability of different departments, products, or projects. Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations to improve financial efficiency. Management Reporting: Prepare regular management reports, including financial statements, cash flow statements, and management accounts. Present financial information in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making. Financial Control: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Monitor financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and identify any discrepancies or irregularities. Performance Measurement: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial performance of the organization. Provide analysis and insights on KPI trends, identifying areas for improvement or corrective actions. Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support. Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to evaluate the financial impact of business strategies and initiatives. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation requirements in the UAE. Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audit processes. Financial Systems and Processes: Continuously review and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Identify opportunities for automation and implement best practices. Job Requirement: Education Qualification: BCOM/MCOM/FINANCE At least 5 years’ UAE experience in management accounting role.
