Senior Accountant Required in Dubai Our client is a management consulting firm that was established in 2018. They have a team with more than 20 years of experience across various industries, offering consulting and compliance solutions. Their team comprises highly skilled Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants who cater to a diverse clientele, including consulting firms, the manufacturing sector, service industries, and the banking sector. They are currently in search of a Senior Accountant to join their Dubai team, where the focus is on providing accounting and audit services to their clients. The ideal candidate for this role should be a semi-qualified accountant, such as a CA Inter, pursuing ACCA, pursuing CPA, or holding an equivalent qualification. Furthermore, the candidate should have a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience. Key Job Requirements: Managing client accounts, including responsibilities related to accounting, bookkeeping, VAT compliance, and assisting with new company formation services. Possessing knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax regulations, and audit procedures. It's understood that the understanding of corporate tax law may still be evolving due to its novelty. Engaging with clients and ensuring timely and effective communication and assistance. Continuously enhancing one's knowledge and actively participating in training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Adapting to a dynamic work environment where changes may occur, and information may not always be perfect, requiring sound judgment. Maintaining regular communication with the manager and keeping them informed of all developments.
