Senior Accountant Required in Dubai

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, your main responsibility will be to prepare accurate and timely financial reports, perform research and analysis, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Perform research and analysis to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Maintain the general ledger by recording all financial transactions and ensuring accuracy
Perform account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data
Assist with audit preparations, including providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules
Carry out other accounting duties as may be required, such as assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
