Job Responsibilities:
[A] MIS and Performance Review
· Prepare & analyse monthly MIS Report (which include P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Debtors’ Ageing, Budget variances among others).
· Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
[B] Controls and Compliance
· VAT & Corporate Tax Return preparation and filing.
· Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with IFRS.
· Assist in setting up internal control systems within the organization.
· In-charge of F&A team on day-to-day basis and reporting to Financial Controller.
[C] Budgets and Forecast
· Continuous management and support of annual budget and quarterly forecast activities.
· Co-ordinate and liaise with the sales & technical team for information related to new projects to help build monthly, quarterly & annual revenue forecasts.
[D] Payments and Reimbursements
· Oversee Payroll Operations- Supervise & check payroll-related transactions such as monthly payroll, leave salaries & full & final settlement.
· Manage employee expense reports & reimbursements.
[E] Annual Audit
· Financial audit preparation and help in coordinating the audit process.
Education & Experience
· A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in preparing financial reports end to end; preferably in IT Industry
· Basic understanding of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax laws and Commercial Companies Law
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
· Qualifications (ACCA/ CA/ CIMA/ CMA) is a plus but not mandatory
· Experience in running annual audit
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Hands on experience using ERP System
