Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Conduct regular financial audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
Handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Monitor cash flow and manage financial risk.
Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
