Senior Accountant Required in Dubai We are looking to hire an ambitious and dynamic Senior Accountant to manage the accounting books of our clients. The position will report to Managing Partner and will be responsible for accounting up to finalization, financial reporting and analysis, month end closing, invoicing, VAT returns, and statutory audit. Managerial & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to present information to management to support decision making. A team player who is eager to learn, develop and support others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to promote quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness. Technical Skills: General accounting knowledge. IFRS knowledge. Financial reporting and analysis. Good experience in using ERP. Good presentation skills. Advanced MS excel skills. UAE VAT knowledge. Very good command of English & Arabic. Essential Qualifications: 4+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, management reporting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. Responsibilities Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close Assist with the annual audit process.
