Senior Accountant Required in Dubai Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the general ledger. Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Manage the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information. Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 5+ years of experience in accounting or related field. Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in public accounting or auditing is a plus.
