Senior Bookkeeper Required in Dubai We're now looking for a Senior Bookkeeper and Administration Assistant to join our Dubai office on a Full Time basis. The successful candidate will provide essential back-office support to our growing sales team, reporting to our CFO. VIVO Fitness is a Dubai based manufacturer and supplier of Gym Equipment and Flooring products to fitness facilities across the UAE and wider Middle East. 80% of our revenue comes from "Projects" where we support our customers on design, construction and complete installation of their gyms. Our projects span from small garage gyms, through to multi-million AED Facilities, with customers spanning from Government Agencies, to boutique studios and home gyms. Responsibilities Day to day bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation, adding supplier bills, producing sales invoices, SOA's and preparing quarterly VAT. Accounting support eg. Following up invoice payments and coordinating supplier payments Office Admin Support eg. coordinating e-commerce deliveries, cheque collections, payment vouchers and document control. Project Support eg. Producing delivery notes, co-ordinating delivery and installation teams. Qualifications The below is a list of MUST haves. We will test and call your references. You live in and can work in the UAE You are an excellent communicator - both written and verbal You have proven bookkeeping experience using double-entry systems across multiple industries. You understand cash-flow - it's importance and what affects it. You are an expert on Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets You are a self-starter, with initiative and the ability to make decisions. We will provide training and direction, but we will not micro-manage you. You are not afraid to speak up, share ideas and offer constructive feedback to help improve the business - including to management. You have a license and a car, or alternative transport to reach our office in Dubai Sports City. The below is a list of NICE TO haves, but not essential Experience with XERO accounting software Experience with Notion Project Management software (or similar) Experience with Google Docs software Experience working in a similar industry, such as Logistics, Construction or Project Management where there are many moving parts within a project/contract.
