Urgent Accountant Required in Dubai This role will be responsible for supporting the team with payables and receivables, processing, recording, and maintaining financial documentation and the preparation of management accounts. Key Responsibilities: Process sales invoices and credit notes. Ensure sales invoices are sent out promptly. Sending statement of accounts to clients and assist with credit control. Process supplier invoices and credit notes. Manage the sales and supplier invoice filing system. Managing bank payments and transfers. Set up new sales and purchase ledger accounts. Ensure the sales and purchase ledgers are kept tidy, with allocations and writing off small exchange differences or bank charges kept up to date. Reconcile supplier statements against our ledgers. Maintain office petty cash. Process staff expense claims. Cash flow management. Preparation of month-end reports. Reconciling tax returns. Assist with budgeting. Other ad hoc tasks. Qualifications and Experience: Professional Accounting Qualification Proficient in English language, written and verbal.
