Urgent Accountant Required in Dubai Black & Grey HR is recruiting a General Accountant for an expanding holiday homes rental business in Dubai. Our client is looking for a General Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Ultimately, you will provide our client with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, providing analysis and insights to management. Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance. Maintain the general ledger, review journal entries, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. Conduct financial analysis, identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors. Develop and maintain strong internal controls and assist with audits. Provide leadership and support to junior accounting staff. Streamline processes and implement best practices for efficiency. Requirements- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation preferred. Proven experience in senior accounting roles within the hospitality or real estate industry. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and organizational skills.
