Urgent Accountant Required in Dubai • Using the highest standards and practices to ensure financial documents comply with the law • Collecting and verifying financial information • Maintaining a general ledger by inputting daily financial transactions • Preparing financial statements, producing accounting reports, and checking them for accuracy • Prepares financial summaries, reports, analysis, cost-benefit analysis and/or ad hoc financial reports as required by the Senior Accountant/Management. • Prepare the financial pack as per the current practices – this includes monthly/quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, Project P&L, Forecast, and Segment P&L • Assist in the preparation of annual statutory Financial Statements, UBO declarations, ESR and go AML reporting • Filing of tax returns • Ensure supporting schedules/reconciliations are available for Balance Sheet items • Ensure that sales invoices of projects are issued on time • Resolve queries from clients by investigating the issue and coordinating with other departments • Assist in administrative tasks and legal documentations • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or its equivalent • 3-5 years work experience in the same field, preferably from Auditing/Accounting Firm • Professional qualification CPA/CMA/CIMA will be a plus but not mandatory • Audit experience with known audit companies will be a plus • Thorough knowledge of rules and application of VAT/Corporate Tax/ESR/goAML in UAE/GCC • Knowledge of practical application of controls in preparation of FS • Knowledge of Project/Segment and Group Accounting • Knowledge of preparing Statutory Financial Statements up to Consolidation • Knowledge of business formation process • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Good organizational skills • Ability to understand complex business processes and activities • Flexible and structured work approach based on the job requirements • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with others and reconcile differences among resources/departments APPLY FROM LINK BELOW https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/3702994258/?e
