Month-end closing:
· Bank reconciliation
· Booking of consultant related accruals and reversal
· Maintenance of Subcontractor accruals files, assure correctness and completeness of data
· External client deferred revenue amortization
· Maintenance of External deferred revenue schedule
· Reconciliation of general ledgers related to consultant accounts and coordination to Payroll officer for validation
· Booking of French payroll ledger entries & accruals
· At Cost analysis
· Maintain clean and lettered general ledger accounts
Bank:
· Daily bank booking with complete support documents for audit trail (except intercompany related transactions)

Month-end closing:
· Bank reconciliation
· Booking of consultant related accruals and reversal
· Maintenance of Subcontractor accruals files, assure correctness and completeness of data

· Booking of French payroll ledger entries & accruals
· At Cost analysis
· Maintain clean and lettered general ledger accounts
Bank:
· Daily bank booking with complete support documents for audit trail (except intercompany related transactions)
Accounts Receivables:
· Daily customer remittance booking with complete support documents (Bank statement &Client;payment advise) and, accurate allocation to client invoices.
· Daily coordination of unallocated payments to credit control
· Booking of customer write-offs entries
· Booking of bad debt provisions entries
Audit:
· Attend to audit requirements and inquiries related to handled task
French Tax & Social Charges:
· Tax declaration and payment
· Provide complete reconciliation and documentations to France assist on time
· Social charges booking and reconciliations
Financial Statements:
· Preparation of financial statement for the French entity
French Chart of Accounts:
· Regular maintain and update of French COA in navision
Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience]:
· Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance / Accounting position in similar organizations
Skills Required:
· French speaking is mandatory
· Previous experience with a French ledger
· Attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, analytic and communication skills
· Honesty, reliability
· PC proficiency, data entry skills
· Stress and time management
