As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our business, the benefits our services offer to clients, and the nuances of the products we use. Maintaining a positive attitude, a desire for continuous learning, and the ability to furnish prospects with fundamental information during phone interactions are key attributes we expect from our Business Development Managers. Responsibilities:
1. Source new prospects through various channels.
2. Contact new prospects via telephone to introduce the business and schedule appointments.
3. Promptly follow up with all company-provided leads.
4. Handle company-provided leads in an effective manner.
5. Manage calendars and diaries to arrange meetings at suitable times.
6. Cultivate relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
7. Follow up with third parties involved in the sales process, including pension administrators, trustees, and life companies.
8. Meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) to surpass company minimum targets.
Requirements:
1. Solid interest in building or advancing a career in Financial Services.
2. Willingness to learn, with the goal of attaining a minimum of level 4 qualifications.
3. Exceptional professional communication skills.
4. Driven by success and targets.
5. Positive and self-motivated individuals.
6. Desire to be part of a firm with a strong reputation and a growing global brand.
7. Full support provided to achieve relevant Wealth Manager qualifications, including level 4 UK financial planning requirements and additional qualifications for those inclined to pursue them.
Upon a comprehensive assessment of your development and progression, selected candidates will have the opportunity to join one of our Advisory Teams, commencing work as an International Wealth Manager. This role involves managing clients and building your own book of clients.
Candidates should be fluent in English, possess proven sales ability, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.
