Provide creative ideas and ensure seamless execution of the event with high standard of service delivery.
- Identify new leads and business opportunities to build company pipeline.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of clients and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to achieve exceptional results.
- Provide market insights and work closely with the partnership team.
- Provide diligent oversight of sales forecasts, budgets, and pipelines, delivering regular updates to senior management to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Design event timelines and closely monitor budget.
- Drive events communication and invitations (internal and external).

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Hospitality Management or Event Management.

- 5+ years of professional experience in event or marketing experience. Hands-on events management experience is a must, strong understanding of elite clientele is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. Other languages are preferred.
- Extensive knowledge in event management and current market trends and activities.
- Outgoing, energetic, good at communication, good storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to travel overseas when required.
