Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and expand our market reach.
Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Customer Relations: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive company growth.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals for the company.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize results.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles.
Driving License: Valid driving license and access to a car for business travel within Dubai.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Telecommunications & IT industry trends and practices.
Networking Skills: Proficient in building and maintaining professional networks to drive business opportunities.
Results-Driven: Ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets and business objectives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
