Area Manager Required in Dubai Area Sales Manager Job Description We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sal itinn assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives. Th areaa sales manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential andexisting customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing cocise sales reports. You shuld also be able to develop as well as modify cusomer requency plan as needd. Area Sales Maer duties and responsibilities, Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and otiti es associates. Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure hat sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained. Meetin g or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members. surig compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations Ensuring that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties. Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis. Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit Collecting customer feedback and market research.
