Assistant Manager Required in Dubai We have been mandated by our client, a prominent regional commercial bank, looking to appoint an Assistant Manager, Treasury Sales to join their dynamic team. You would be responsible for increasing the Treasury Marketing & Sales volume by presenting strategies/ideas tailored to all or specific customer needs to increase market share and generate profit. Key Responsibilities: Market treasury products to bank clients. Initiate new relationships, enhance existing relationships, implement market plans, monitor market trends and competitor analysis. Develop objectives and action plans to achieve the Bank’s budgeted volumes and earnings in Treasury marketing. Evaluate and research treasury products, formulating strategies and trading ideas for the bank’s clients. Ensure timely and accurate execution of FX, Options, Metals or any other client treasury related activities. Ensure effective control over limits, policies and procedures in dealing with clients. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or in any other subject or equivalent is required. Professional qualification such as CFA, ACI Diploma, PRM, and/or FRM is preferred. Minimum 4 years of practical experience in a bank or same or similar function.
