Job Description You would be responsible for Operational Management - ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the bakery, including inventory management, product quality control, and production efficiency. Staff Management - recruits, hire, train, and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, sales associates, and administrative personnel P/L Management - responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures Marketing & Sales - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery's products and services. Strategic Planning - Develop long-term planning and goal-setting for the bakery.
