Call Center Agent Required in Dubai SANED Facility Management LLC offers integrated facility management services to public and private sectors within UAE and Gulf market. It is a subsidiary of Sharjah Asset Management Holding (SAMH) - the investment arm of the government of Sharjah. SANED aims to deliver best-in-class services and improve the quality of service in facility management practice. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent. The Call Agent will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers and clients both in English and Arabic, documenting inquiries, complaints or comments regarding our services and products, and redirecting calls to the respective department. Call Agents are responsible to report technical problems and follow up till its resolved. They will be expected to maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, and contributing to team effort by completing other tasks assigned by the team leader.
