The Call Center Representative is accountable for the delivery of high quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the College. Duties and responsibilities Answer inbound calls as well as assist students who have specific inquiries Build customer's interest in the service and products offered by the College Provide personalized customer service of the highest level Identify potential students through databases, cold calling, follow up leads and telephone/personal contacts Ensure that all calls are routed to the correct resource on all occasions and all data are captured correctly Promote and enhance the College’s reputation by providing professional and effective assistance Communicate (verbally and written) information with team members and customers in an effective manner Follow up and advice students in pursuing their studies and accordingly meet the College’s articulation target.
