We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with a passion for beauty. The primary role of the Customer Service Executive is to manage incoming customer calls and inquiries, offer solutions to our customers with accuracy and efficiency, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and preferably in Arabic
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in UAE
Understanding of Beauty, Fitness & Wellness Industry
Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
Excellent listening skills, critical-thinker with attention to detail
Flexibility to work round the clock
Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Adaptable, organized and able to thrive under pressure when required
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office & CRM software
Bachelor’s degree
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries while assessing their needs and responding to them efficiently.
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right sources for customer satisfaction.
Ensure end to end follow up till the customer complaint is resolved and escalate when necessary
Maintaining and managing the Customer Database.
Following prescribed KYC checks and maintaining relevant data/ records, as stipulated.
Follow up with other departments, especially Sales, IT & Finance to ensure end to end one-stop resolution on Customer queries.
Support any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
