Introduction: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our Cargo department in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your ability to manage our customer relationship management systems, analyze data, generate sales reports, conduct tele-sales, drive market intelligence, and manage supplier relationships will be critical in driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Customer Data: Utilize your analytical skills to collect and analyze customer data, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
Generate Sales Reports: Produce regular sales reports to inform sales and management teams on the performance of the Cargo department.
Manage CRM System: Manage our customer relationship management systems, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and effectively utilized by the team to manage customer interactions.
Conduct Tele-sales: Engage with customers through phone calls to sell cargo products and services, ensuring customers are aware of the full range of services available to them.
Drive Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Manage Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of cargo, and handling any issues or disputes that may arise.
Key Skills:
Analytical Skills: You should have the ability to analyze data and provide valuable insights to the team.

Education and Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field is required.
Knowledge of cargo operations and logistics is preferred.
