Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable retail insurance products.
Utilize deep technical knowledge to explain coverage options, policy terms, and benefits clearly and effectively.
Employ consultative selling techniques to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Demonstrate proficiency in various retail insurance products, including auto, home, health, and travel insurance.
Explain complex policy details, exclusions, and terms to clients in a simple and understandable manner.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage levels based on their specific needs.
Act as a point of contact for clients during claim submissions, guiding them through the process.
Address client issues or complaints promptly, providing effective solutions while maintaining professionalism.
Provide technical support to clients using digital platforms and self-service tools for policy management.
Assist clients in navigating online portals for payments, policy updates, and claims tracking.
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all interactions adhere to legal standards.
Follow internal procedures and guidelines for documentation, data privacy, and ethical conduct.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting retail insurance products.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and feedback to management.
Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and technological advancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, claims adjusters, and marketing, to ensure cohesive client experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Insurance Industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills
