Document Controller Required in Dubai Our client is a complex with hotel apartments, comprising of four five-star hotels named after picturesque coastal resort cities. We are looking to employ aTemporary Document Controller for a 1-month contract (Extendable), you will be in charge of keeping accurate records of all company paperwork. You might be classifying digital or analog versions of project documents, then writing reports as a result. Responsibilities: Controlling company and project documentation Following and improving document control procedures Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals Producing document progress reports for senior managers Conducting regular reviews and document audits Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company Helping in the planning stages of a specific project Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Proven Document Controller experience with background in Hospitality is preferred Good communication skills. An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs. Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.
