Welcome visitors warmly and address their inquiries with a positive, professional demeanor;
Efficiently manage all incoming calls, mail, inquiries, and correspondence with courtesy and promptness;
Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate person or department;
Ensure the front desk operates smoothly during office hours;
Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.
Position requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, experience in Real Estate preferred;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Must possess professional-level English communication skills;
Professional demeanor and appearance;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Solid knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively;
Bachelor’s degree required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus;
Ability to join immediately.
