Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Radiance Premium Suites in Dubai. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area and performing various clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and maintaining records. The Front Desk Receptionist will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests and visitors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, office assistant, or other relevant position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Fluency in both verbal and written English is a must. Proficiency in Arabic languages is a plus.
