Role Description
Greet and welcome visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Register and guide visitors to their designated areas.
Maintain a visitor log and issue security badges as needed.
Assist with inquiries and provide general information about the company.
Assist in various administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and coordinating courier services.
Support scheduling and booking of meeting rooms.
Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Relay important messages to relevant staff members promptly.
Monitor and control access to the premises.
Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the office environment.
Liaise with different departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Assist in coordinating office events or activities.
Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills
Proficient in clerical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
