Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for a Front Desk Receptionist at DR. MISKIS DENTAL AESTHETIC CENTRE DMCC located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, preparing patient files, and handling billing and insurance information. The Front Desk Receptionist should remain patient-centered, friendly, and efficient in handling all patient concerns and inquiries.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, dental office experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Working knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures, and insurance plans
Knowledge of dental office procedures and dental terminology
Ability to multitask, handle high volume of phone calls and patients, and maintain organized records
Excellent customer service skills, patient-focused, and ability to remain composed in high-stress situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software
Able to work in a team environment, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with HIPAA regulations
