As a receptionist at Yoga House in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming Guests: Greet members and guests warmly as they arrive at the yoga house, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Check-In Procedures: Efficiently check-in members for classes, workshops, and appointments using our booking system. Ensure accuracy in scheduling and payment processing.
Answering Inquiries: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding class schedules, membership options, and general information about the yoga house.
Membership Sales: Assist in promoting and selling memberships, class packages, and retail items to prospective and current members.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Assisting Instructors: Support yoga instructors with class setup, equipment preparation, and any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth class transitions.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction with their experience at the yoga house.
Promotional Activities: Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events, workshops, and special programs to engage members and attract new clientele.
Coordination of instructors for any cancellations or cover that is required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
Knowledge or interest in yoga and wellness practices preferred.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
