Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Consultycs DMCC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Handle the front office - directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately
Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies
Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager which contribute to the effective office management of the company.
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Office Assistants
Handle Travel arrangements as Appropriate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED 3,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month
