Front Office Receptionist Required in Dubai Parisima Talent is looking to hire with one of our clients. Position: Receptionist Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and friendly manner. Manage and maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere. Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately or take accurate messages. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages. Provide accurate and helpful information to inquiries about the company, its services, and products. Schedule and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination and timely preparations. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient operations. Adhere to security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges. Requirements: Proven experience as a Receptionist / Front Office / Secretary / Admin or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Exceptional customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor. Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
