Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient operations.
Adhere to security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist / Front Office / Secretary / Admin or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Exceptional customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
