Front Office Supervisor Required in Dubai
Job Requirement:
Supervise the day-to-day operation at Front Desk.
Check all colleagues’ grooming and hygiene standards of colleagues
Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
Ensure that the checklist did properly and sign the checklist after the completion of the required shift’s tasks.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
Check the HK discrepancy report and update FDM, AFOM, and FOM if required.
Do the credit limit check on a daily basis for all guests in-house.
Check the FD colleagues’ transactions during the shift closure.
Familiar with DTCM & Tourism Dirham reports

The candidate should be/have:
Fully conversant with the hotel PMS system.
Excellent communication skills.
Standing & Walking for long hours.
Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying weights.
Able to work all shifts, public holidays & weekends.
Must be flexible with working hours and be readily available for various shifts, including both AM and PM schedules
