Listing Coordinator Required in Dubai Responsibilities: Listings: Answering call inquiries and entering leads from marketing phone. Assisting Senior Real Estate Agents and agents who don’t have RERA on Form A via Dubai Rest App. Verifying listings and getting RERA permit numbers. Contacting agents for rejected verification of listings. Making sure all listings in PF are in good quality score. Quality check for the calls on PF. Assessing the requests of listings to be Premium or Feature (e.g. calculating the credits to be consumed per listing). Dubizzle Refreshes on daily basis. Updating Bayut Hot Listings. Contacting Property Portal Support for any issues regarding the listings. Creating Agents Profile in Property Finder and Bayut. Updating company documents in the Portals. General: Drafting Tenancy Contracts and / or Seller-Broker Agreement / MOU, Form I (Agent to Agent Agreement). Getting the Price Analysis Data via Property Monitor or Data Finder Qualification: School completion + Diploma/ Bachelor in administration ]/ customer care or relevant field Experience: Minimum 2 year experience in administration/customer facing role Skills: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong communication skills including clear speech and professional telephone manner Good English Language skills Good Organizational skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills such as pleasant in appearance, polite, friendly, efficient and helpful.
