Working as part of a global administrative team, you will be the face of the team within the Dubai office and therefore we’re looking for a presentable and confident administrator who is a team player and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. From the research and booking of travel and hotels; general day to day administrative support; sourcing and working closely with suppliers to solve issues; running errands through to supporting senior leaders when they visit the office. We need a confident, positive team player who is always keen to offer support, excellent at prioritising workloads with a great eye for detail and an approachable manner. This person needs to be well presentable and confident professional who is happy supporting senior team members. The ability to be resourceful and use your own initiative is a must due to the nature of your work. From time to time, you may be required to work with confidential or private matters for senior team members and therefore the ability to be discreet is essential.
