Personal Assistant Required in Dubai Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to provide support to our busy team. Handle phone calls, take messages, and manage voicemail. Scheduling and Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the employer's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. Help organize and maintain to-do lists for the employer. Data Entry and Research: Assist with data entry tasks, document organization, and data management.
